Search for N/A to Turbo conversion. There should be links for it in the FAQ. RotaryResurrection also has a write-up.

Are you married to having a vert? If not, it's cheaper and easier to sell your N/A and buy a TII.

Some people offer pre fabricated parts others hack up existing parts and make it work. SonicRat has a kit but last time I checked he was back ordered and stopped sales for a little while. I have been working with my machinist here in-house and we are designing our own right now on the cnc mill. It is going on a full production motor for resell and then sold that way thereafter.

This is not a cheap way out! The TII swap is much cheaper. There again a setup like ours is no ware near stock design so give and take.

I have done this swap on an S4 vert, in my opinion swapping the TII rear end in is harder then dropping the engine and tranny in (without a lift atleast). Don't even start the swap until you have all the parts to do it, TII vert = best of both worlds.
