91 s5 na weird oil smoking issue

Well guys I have been a member for a while now and been in and out of the rx7 game. I just recently bought a S5 I had previously own 3 years ago. Toward the end of my ownership the car began having a smoking issue. It will start up and after a few seconds start smoking. Definitely oil smoke, not coolant. It is thick and will do this for about 5 minutes. After that it will not do it again till you let it sit for 4 hours or so. Did the same thing 3 years ago as it does now. It runs great other then that. Now I took the intake apart to check the oil injectors, I check to see if I could blow through them. 3 of them seemed pretty hard to blow through (VACUUM line on top). The last one was a lot easier to blow through. Also checked the two center runners where the first set of oil injectors are. It had a film of oil on it. Pulled the plugs and they were all saturated in oil.

I need some input front the rotary savvy. From the symptoms I was planning on replacing the omp and oil injectors. I don't know if I am going in the right direction. I have hit a wall here and don't know where to head from here.

Rev it up to 6k, hold it and let off. Cloud of smoke?
It could be bad oil control rings.
What type oil are you using?

I had this problem a few years back. I was using oil that was too thin. and I blew my oil rings. I had the oil rings changed and started using delo 40. Never had another problem since then.
