You could do a peripheral port. Even if you reach 300 hp, it will not be streetable at all.

Without turboing the motor and keeping it fuel injected, what all can i do to gain close to 300hp as possible.

Maybe a 20B with S5 rotors and an excellent tune..

But seriously, there's no practical way of getting 300HP out of a 160HP stock motor. Like Jerry said, you'd have to peripheral port it, and then you probably wouldn't want[or be able to afford] to drive it on anything less than a track day.

I think with stock ports people have gotten up to ~200HP after careful fuel/exhaust tuning..

maybe exhaust/intake and a street port tuned to perfection would get you to the 220-230 hp range but that would be quite amazing and your gas mileage would be like 12-15mpg after the street port. this estimation of mine comes from a place in california which advertises a potential 25% hp increase with a "stage 2" street port but tuning is what does it really. im just saying this because this would leave your car somewhat streetable, just horrible gas mileage. i have a 91 coupe and im gonna put full exhaust on it, zero emissions and already have apex intake. it could potentially have around 185 hp :/
