91 miaa with 6port 13b with holley 4 barrel carb
hi guys, i am thinking about getting this car as its pretty unique and i miss having a miata. the only problem with the car though is that after filling it up with gas, the car has a hard time starting and staying on??? after i guess cooling off, the car will stay on and start with no problems until it is time to fill up again... the fuel pressure on the holley 4 barrel carb is 6psi. is this a common problem with carbs? any tips?
thanks,

If this was a stock carb, yes it would probably be a lot since those are usually 4-5. Holley carbs run around 6 though.
I would double check the vapour lock as well, carburetors and cars like these actually flow differently with the tank empty / full. Mine was blocked on my 70' Ford and it ran like crap empty, but nice when full.

Since nobody else has mention it, I'll go ahead.
If you buy that car, the water pump needs 2 belts, so either run a dual sheeve alt pully or a yoohoo belt. Second, that FRAM oil filter terrifies me.
Third, I agree, vapor lock.
