hi all i just got a new 91 rx7 5 speed yesterday and it has a check engine light on and when i put a wire in the green plug with orange with and the other end to the negative on the battery and put the cars ignition the on position the check engine light doesnt blink or anything just stays on like the rest of the lights... whats going on

 

Maybe bulbs burnt out or po Took it out

 

could be but the cars in limp mode too so i really need to figure it out
