90 Vert Turbo project... questions!

I'm beginning a project that involves swapping an S4 turbo, a greddy FMIC and piping, and a chipped ECU into a 90 Vert. The car has a 6port 13B with the 5th and 6th port sleeves removed, and only has 60K on it. The donor motor is a locked S4 TII block, so basically, what the owner wants, is to swap the associated turbo stuff onto the 6port block. He mentioned that the Tii motor came with an ECU, harness, and all sensors. What am I going to need to do to get all of the wiring stuff mesh together? I figured it's a cut, solder, heatshrink, and hide it procedure, but If someone can give me a link or five that will help me out some more, I'd greatly appreciate it.

if you are in jax beach you should call Shane. He is a rotary expert. My advise to you and your friend. Don't try this. Their are more items needed to do this swap. Also you are going to try and use a s5 car with a s4 t2 ecu? Yeah go ahead and find out some information on how to do this before you start because the lack of knowledge and experiance in doing a swap will lead to a ton of headaches.

This site has some great info and step-by-step instructions on turboing your 6 port. I would also recommend searching around this site, a bunch of people have done this. Just as a warning, this is NOT a bolt-in swap, a lot of work and some custom fabrication is necessary.

Most people that turbo a non turbo make their own kits:

Just a brain fart that came to me last night....

Do I pull the 6port motor, sell it, and use that money to buy a rebuild kit for the TII? That seems like a more logical swap.... without having to cut the FRAME, or completely rewire the whole car. The 6port only has 60K on it, and all 3 faces of both rotors showed over 125psi compression... I should be able to have that sold in no time.
