Exclamation 90 Vert (S5) Auto Trans. Kickdown Problems... PLEASE HELP !!!

Hey I need some help I have a 90 Vert. it's the s5 and i have an automatic yes i know i need to do a 5spd swap but, for now this is the 3rd tranny and the 2nd torque converter and all of them are having the same problems... i've been told it was the tranny and i got a new one... now i have a total of 2 extra auto trans settin at my house and one in my car and another torque converter layin around the trans. i have now is FULLY rebuilt and all new sensors... yes i'm sure.. which leads me lost where i cant figure out why the trans wants to consistantly kick down from overdrive or kickdown to the next lowest gear... IT"S TOOO SENSITIVE on the kickdown i cant express TOO SENSITIVE... like going 70 or anything near it on the highway is IMPOSSIBLE !! i cant just cruse... i have the doubble throttle on my throttle body and everything... i dont have any check engine lights on or any "HOLD" lights on, on my dash... i've ran the diagnostics from a computer and through the manual diag. test no codes found... i personally can swear it's something to do with the throttle body telling the auto trans. computer to shift down or something while i drive the car shifts perfectly fine from a stop it goes promptly into gear and out of gear it's VERY smooth in shifting and it's brand new trans fluid and i recently (no more then 200miles ago) had the trans cleaned and flushed... it's just the stupid kickdown adjustment wherever it is would someone please help me if you have pictures or anything that would be AWSOME... if you can in-detail explain where and how to do this.... let me know... if i need a new auto trans computer i'm really going to scream.... haha but, i really dont think it's that b/c EVERYTHING else is working flawlessly just hte kickdown is wayyyyyyy too sensitive... it's not randomized it's consistant doing 70 is litearlly impossible and if i'm diong 80 or even 90 it'll still shift down and rev wayyyyy out... it just want's to GOOOOOOOOOOO someone please help and if you just even read it please PM someone that can help me.... thank you !!!!
