It's easy.
Just need to swap out the rear tranny mount. It's a two piece set up.
#1. One piece bolts to the tranny (it has the two square rubber mounts and the long center bolt).
#2. The other is the cross brace that bolts to the body with the "long center bolt" going through it.
If you are getting a used tranny from a wrecking yard, grab the two piece rear mount from it. So long as you have both pieces, either the S4 or S5 will work. But, the S5 is a better design in that it's much easier to screw on the 10MM bolts that attach #2 to #1.

S5 vs S4 tranny
The two NA tranny's are identical. What you want is which ever version with the least number of miles on it.
Also, do a search as to Gear Oil to use when you install. Several good threads. Generally, you want a GL4, not a GL5. Something about GL5 is harder on syncro's. If you go Synthetic, stay with Red Line, Royal Purple, or the like. Mobile One is too slippery and can also be bad for Syncro's. I did Mobile One in conjunction with installing a fresh rebuild. The Syncro's indeed started acting up.
