Nowhere that I know of. Back in 2016 I had the display lights fixed S5TII, but last year when
the volume went out, checked many, many places, found no one that would work on the radio.
Couldn't believe no repair center would touch the radio.
I had another, so did an install, but the backlights on this one not working, and same results,
no one would do the repairs.
Maybe we'll get lucky and someone will know of a repair center.

Vintage Alpine Repair on FB fixed several of my OEM stereos, including CD and tape deck. I think he wanted to start a new business, maybe suspended repairs for awhile. At the very least, he would be worth contacting. Obviously, he is familiar with these stereos, and mine are still working today.

Vintage Auto Repair:
So, apparently there is an issue with understanding that I took a break. Not only that, now I'm getting emails and calls at my other business from people who apparently think if they contact me a different way, they can get work done. I'm drawing the line here, I'm not coming back to repair and I'm completely done with this business. I'm going to be logging out of this account permanently.
Looks like another one bites the dust!

Ok, I have sort of an idea. Did just one screen or both screens quit working? Can you please take a video or describe what's going on when it operates? I'm hoping that since it still puts out music and such that a transistor or something just died and it would be a simple fix.
Also, if you can find a copy of the service manual, that would help out a bunch. I tried finding it without a model number and got nothing. I can't even find the CD player and amplifier manuals that I bought a year or two ago. Good thing I have hard copies of those. I am fairly convinced the internet is dying.

Sorry for the delay, been swamped. Here are some ideas.
It is possible there is more than one thing going on, but we won't know that right away. You'll have to open it up and look. I don't have a wiring schematic to confirm these.
-The first thing that comes to mind is that you may have lost a 5v power line, possibly a voltage regulator. The LCDs will be controlled via an LCD driver chip that requires 5v. I expect there to be a separate lcd driver for each screen. These would take signal from the main controller chip. I would check and see if there is 5v first. The thing that makes me not certain on this one is that you said the radio still plays music. It could be stuck in a running state, but shouldn't be able to change from tape to radio without power to the main controller. In the CD units, the main controller chips and the LCD driver are powered by the same 5v rail and only the CD unit chips use a second 5v rail to power them. Anyways, check voltage to the lcd chips first and that should get us started.
-As far as illuminating the screens, the LCDs should be backlit by a tiny 12v lightbulb and a light diffuser to spread it out behind the LCD.
Thats what I have for now.
