90 NA bogs at more than half throttle
This started happening about a week ago when a pulley chewed two wires going to my AFM. After that anytime I get over half throttle the car just starts to bog, the rpms will drop and it'll backfrie and act like it's not getting enough fuel..
I checked my TPS and it was no good so I replaced it and I still have this problem.
Also today when I went to pull the codes for the check engine light the light went off as if it were to start sending the codes and then it just came back on and stays on.
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts, I'm leaning towards ECU but I don't understand how the car still runs if that's the case.
Thanks, Alex

Make sure your TPS is properly adjusted.
Get out your $3 HF stethescope and check for clicking sounds from the secondary injectors under heavy throttle.
It could be that your wiring problem disabled the secondaries (which come in under heavy throttle above 3700 rpm), or, worse, shorted out the drivers in the ECU for those injectors.
