89 turbo

Ok im getting aggravated my turbo won't start I pulled it into the garage and i cant remember if it stalled by the car dropping idle or my clutch work wasnt right but when i went to restart nothing, here is what I know and have tried I turn the key to ACC I have full lights and power. I go to start and nothing at all still keep the lights but the engine doesnt crank I dont think I can even hear the starter clicking. It is a brand new starter from Mazda. I jumped a wire from the positive connection on the Batt to the starter and it spins up like crazy. I can turn the engine by hand, I have another RX-7 that runs so I swapped Batts the other 7 turns with both Batts so the batteries should be good. I cleaned the connections on the battery cables at the battery. I looked through the old posts and nothing seems to be my problem. I had someone try to start the car while i wiggled the wires at the starter and the battery thinking one of the wires internaly were bad nothing.

If it starts when you jump the battery to the starter then it could be the solenoid in the starter although it seems unlikely because you say the starter is new. Check the wires on the starter take them off and clean off any corrosion then try again.
