89 TII conversion

Question about the rear suspension on an 89 TII. I am putting the rear susspension back on the car after doing a TII conversion. I had an 89 NA and converted to a TII. I changed the dif and the half shafts. Now that I am putting things back together, I can't remember SH!!. Where the spindle hub connects to the trailing arm, there are three points of connection. The two rear and the steerable bushing. The two rear ones I believe had this thick washer (rusty red color that went in between the hub and the control arm. I don't know if this goes in front of or behind the hub. It seems to me that if I put this washer in there, there will not be any room for the steerable suspension to work (move) on the pillow *****. Can someone help me out? This is the only thing left to do on the car before I fire it up and test it!!. Maybe a link or picture that shows me the proper re-installaition of this point of the axle?
