Exclamation Photo Idiot needs HELP!

Hey uh, I don't have a proggie to resize pics and I can't post ANYTHING here! I have barrels of pics that I can't seem to get under 320kb!!!! Unfortunantly I have to take the pics from a 4.0 megapixil camera. The pics usually come out somewhere from 1.3 to 13mb!!!! I can't cut them down to 250 or smaller so I can post here. What you guys using ????

Any links?
thanks!

go in to microsoft paint and bring up your pic. then hit ctrl+w. then just play with the top 2 numbers intill the whole pic fits on to the screen. for my pics i do 30 30. then make sure you save it as jpeg. and it should be pretty small.
hope you can understand my wording...
