Don't worry. They're the same. No, I don't have any for sale.

I also think they are the same, but if you need one, I've got one. Check into it first. Remember, you will have to grind down an area near the back up lights I think to make the new ones fit. I believe it is a very minor area to grind down.

Reevaluating, I think Wai is correct. I remembered upon reading his post, there were differences on the coupe, not the convertible. Install it and see if they'll tick. You know where to get one if you need one.

The 86-88 and 89-91 coupe center pieces are DEFINITELY different. Don't let anyone tell you anything different.

Sheesh, I don't know, how about $10 and you cover the $4.00 in shipping priority with delivery confirmation.
On another note, as a sort of comparison, my mother recently got a quote on European lamps with center piece for $300 not including shipping and these are new from the dealer. The European ones are different in that they have a rear foglamp in the driver's side back up light location and the center piece looks different due to the wide and narrow plate they have. I have the foglamp driver's side in my car. Looks unique.

$250 is usally what I see a set with the centerpiece go for. If he sells you the part for $10 then I would say buy them.

Huh, I could've swore that they would fit right in with little to no modification of the center area. Oh well, wouldn't be the first time I was wrong about something.

The 89-91 center piece has no plastic over the top. Looking at the side picture the 89-91 being an L and the 86-88 being a [ . You have to grind down just a little bit on the sides of the earlier center piece to get it to fit. I also have a set for sale for 200.00 obo w/o center piece. Later
