1989-1991 Kouki turbo motors are rated at 200hp.
1986-1988 Zenki turbo motors are rated at 182hp.
There's some minor differences on why it makes more power, but I doubt you want all the nitty-gritty.
A 20B swap is going to cost at least $15,000.  I hope you have that much money to start out with...

Zenki just denotes 1986-1988 models.
Kouki just denotes 1989-1991 models.
Aussies call them Series IV/Series V just to denote the differences.
There is nothing really special about the J-spec engines, except for the fact they have limited emissions.

wow o.k. but would it be just as good to put a 86-88 TII swapped into my 90 N/A Vert? or would it suck bigtime...better to go with diff setup? i dont want to make my car super fast or anything. just enough to spank some people on my streets and maybe an occasional drag race. without all the heavy maintenance i hear with turbos i guess...i dont wanna be complicated. any insight?

Swapping a 13B turbo to a N/A is more than just motor swap. If you haven't done any motor install or haven't worked on a rotary, you're in for a long mess. You better go buy a few cases of beer. You need to get the ECU for the motor you plan to use along with the wiring harness. Good luck in finding one that's not hacked. I'm not sure if the tranny is able to handle the extra power.

Won't make a difference. With a stock turbo, both engines run out of steam at about 6500 RPM anyway. The S5 TII offers slightly better engine control and higher compression, for very slightly better gas mileage on the highway... other than that... crapshoot.

You'll have a lot more luck finding a Series 4 TII for the swap. The Series 5 is going to cost more and probably isnt worth it.
Put and exhuast and do the fuel mods to run 10psi on the Series 4 and your already making more power than the S5...
