i dropped a j-spec motor into my 88 and i used a harness that was in the hatch which i assumed was the corrrect one. it wasnt the right one so i order another harness that came off a 88. we put the harness in today and with some sensors plugged in but without the manifold put on, we tried cranking it and it wouldnt start!!

the mechanic said that the injectors where not getting power. is there a possibility that the old wrong harness fryed my computer? i did notice that it popped my 30a engine comp fuse.. and for some reason he would move something while i tries cranking and the tach would not move. but then he moved it again and the tach moved very little.

if anyone can help with my problem i would be very grateful! what do you guys think>?
