88 TII not boosting?

When i got the cars s-afc tuned, it produced 12 PSI in first, 2nd and 14 in 3rd... Now.. i dont see past 10 psi unless i'm hammering it in 5th gear! anyone know whats wrong? I dont think its a boost leak the clamps are all tight...

Anyone know what could be the problem? Do you think my boost gauge is just screwed up? When i shift under at high rpm with moderate throttle, the blow off valve still sounds the same as ever... Any ideas?

I put 92 in it all the time. And yes i have an aftermarket boost gauge. Power doesn't feel as strong as before, not as much pull in 2nd gear.
