88 S4 won't rev past 4k rpm
After Warming up and trying to rev past 2000 it slows down massively and starts backfiring/burbling past 3000 and won't rev past 4k, I checked for vacuum leaks and will recheck with starting fluid, I haven't checked the tps yet, but any other possible causes would be helpful

I checked my fuel feed line when cranking and it pissed fuel out, I checked for vacuum leaks and couldn't find any, I also checked tps and got resistance of 1.4k ohms rest and 1.8k ohms on full open throttle on the black and green wire. I recorded this quick video to show exactly what happens when I max the throttle out. and yea my fuel tank and water temp gauges are fucked on gauge cluster, engine was warm though

So I think I fixed the problem, I dumped seafoam into the time and adjusted the crank angle sensor to proper timing, that seemed to make the issue go away, car redlines in neutral and runs wells.
