Question 88 na injector diffuser question

I broke a secondary injector diffuser. I'm wondering how they come out / install. Do they just slide out after you remove the injector? Or are they threaded or something. I'm assuming you just remove the fuel rail and the injectors should lift out, correct? Do I need to replace any seals or anything after removing the injectors? Thanks, I'm new to this. and yes I searched. Read every thread on diffusers.

You just pop them out with a screwdriver or something, and you can buy them from Mazdatrix. I'd replace the o-rings and grommets if you haven't recently..

They lift out. They are not screwed in in any way. Just drop in. Maybe a wire with a hook on the end and get under the bottom and lift/jerk upwards on them.

Check you injector grommets at the very bottom. They should not be rock hard. IF rock hard, get some new ones. If they are rock hard they will leak unregulated air to some degree because they will not seat like the soft, pliable new ones. New o'rings at the top of each injector would not hurt.
