88 N/A intake
You can't change the tubing because of the mass air flow meter below the stock box (on an 86-88). All you can do is ditch the box, get an adapter, and slap a K&N on there. If you wanted, you could paint the stock snorkel, but other than that, you're SOL.
you wont be SOL for long, my dad has almost got the land deal that im gonna put my shop on and im gonna be making intake for 1st and 2nd gens, ill have to find a t2 to make one for it because i havent seen under the hood of a t2, none around here, hardly any n/a's, i have the majority lol

I remember you mentioned that a while ago, but I was unclear then and still am now. Are you saying that you are going to somehow work around the MAF on 86-88 n/a's? That would be great since it would allow a new (better) snorkel, but how do you intend to accomplish that?
