87na Starter Wiring Confusion

the guy i got my fc from had a ghetto push button start wired and i took this out because i would much rather put my key in the ignition. i was wondering how to rewire it. my car starts when i touch this yellow wire to the positive battery terminal but i cant see where it goes. it cause the starter to spin but idk what im supposed to do with this or what changes should be made to take it back to the original key start. reply's are greatly appreciated. thanks.

There is a little tab on the solenoid that goes to the ignition switch. This is what gets it to start.

if you look at the haynes manual, it has a diagram. the ignition "start" signal goes to the starter cut relay, with in turn completes a circuit to send 12v to the starter solenoid (the afore mentioned tab on the starter). the starter cut relay is located just behind the drivers side strut, with 4 wires going to it. the two fat wires are the ones going to the solenoid, which also have the clutch interlock switch inline
