Great work! Reminds me that one day I'll have to go through the little details that have been probably overlooked since birth.

Why did you move the mount for your WBo2 sensor? I have the same downpipe and I was just curious?

It is better to move the WB sensor down the pipe about 30 inches or so away from the turbo.
1: so it doesn't Burn up the sender.
2: so it can read better.

Yeah they are pretty damn nice, got them for a steal of a price too, we had to drive a few hours to get them but it was worth it. He freshened the pait on them, they look new. His car is exaclty how mazda would have wanted ot to look. Its impressive to see.
Hey andrew, all you need now is about a hundred or so more horsepower and youll be perfect

so the summer is over and winter is about to punch us in the face. I have to put the 7 away. I have done quite a bit more since the spring when i last updated.

The first thing I did was take the intake apart and did the rat's nest removal mod., since my emissions were already deleted. I also replaced all the vacuum lines, installed a catch can and fixed any leaks. I purchased a new tps sensor too. I felt much more response.

The Steering wheel and hub that were from e-bay i think well they gave me nothing but problems it seemed no matter how close i would get the steering wheel from centre it would give me the p/s 5-beep signal so I bought a full MOMO tuner wheel and the hub. long story short the ebay P.O.S. hub did not have the right spacing and was putting too much pressure on the sensor.

This is the ebay P.O.S.

This is the MOMO as u can see the spacing when the nut would be tightened is more. The MOMO hub is identical to the stock steering wheel.

This is the MOMO TUNER (it has red stitching to match the rest of the interior)

I installed leather in the door and new speakers.

I made this panel for the speakers, it's aircraft sheet metal that comes with a paper film to protect it if you're thinking that its wood.

On the outside I installed a Shine front lip. it's for the s5 but i think it looks better than no lip.

On the engine side I Installed a 2 speed Taurus E-fan running high speed off the thermoswitch and low on a switch for in traffic/ low speed driving.

Installed an fd3s alternator, and fixed the slipping waterpump by installing a dual-sheave pulley. I also made a radiator panel cover out of some plastic.

I just purchased a Power FC and Banzai-Racing s4 harness kit. This is going to be FUN

I absolutely love what you're doing here. The interior is looking great! I am REALLY starting to like grey interior more and more... I am tempted to "go grey". haha - I like the attention to detail. Oh, and you'll like the A'PEXi Power FC. ;-)

I'll be keeping up on this thread. Keep up the good work!

LOVE the updates!, just like what I would do with the exception of the lip. it needs skirts and/or paint. As it stands now, it would look better w/ the stock s4 bumper trim.
