So here is the story for my car: it wont start up without putting some 10W 40 in the chambers because the engine floods every time i shut the car off. I was talking to a guy and he told me to put a FPR on it and it should fix my problem. is this going to fix my problem? ( Another person told me its hot start issues...dont know if that helps at all ) but just ask if u need any more info on the car.
