Question L and R Control Arms Interchangable? How To Tell Which Is Which?

First question: Are the left and right side control arms interchangeable? I managed to be an idiot and when I cleaned them off didn't keep track of which was which. If they're not (the parts fiche lists slightly different part numbers for them, and one has '8-1' stamped on it and the other '8-2'...), how do you tell which is which?

Second question: Once I get figured out which is which (or that it doesn't matter), is it possible to just drop the front control arms of the car without taking apart anything else? I.e., unbolt the long bolt/nut that goes through the front bushing, the two bolts that hold the U-clamp over the rear bushing, and the two bolts/nuts that hold the front hub to the control arm and pull out the front control arm. I have a second set of control arms (the ones above that I mixed up...) that I've got the bushings off of and am putting my Energy Suspension bushings onto, and I'm hoping to be able to do the least amount of disassembling possible to swap the new-bushinged control arms onto the car.

Thanks!

The control arms are probably mirror images of each other so they wouldn't be interchangable.

That stands to reason- though they are very, very close. Any idea as to how to tell which one is which?

I think last time I was crawling under my car I saw right and left stamped on the respective arms.
