Unhappy 87 rx7 turbo 2 will nottt starttt..help

ok. i have a turbo 2 i rebuilt with high comp. rotors from an 89 gxl .. and motors all together.. it seems like its flooding verry easy .. it tries to start.. verry little.. and i think i figured out the TDC firing.. fresh charged battery.. i've tried everrryyy d@#$ way of deflooding and starting and it tries to start but just doesnt catch enough.. if you guys need more info let me knowww.. thanks gary

if you really think its flooding try the push start, if that doesn't work, see if your injectors are stuck open.
