my buddy was gonna buy a 87 gxl so I went to look at it with him. The car had rust on the rear wheel wells but the stock suspension was still in perfect shape 0_o. I almost $%#$ a brick.
I like na fcs because I think they sound cooler and are more solid than some modded turbos or cheap turbo applications, I would only turbo if I had some serious money sitting aside me but that is for a different thread.

gettin back who cares if you can't beat your boss, you are driving a rotary not a hunk of frp and bolts.

People that think NA/Fc's are slow probably dont have working Aux ports or have other issues (Apex seals/timing/fuel delivery). Dude make sure your car is up to par, fuel wise most cars I have owned would benefit from new fuel pumps and filters. Especially if u feel your car fades on top.

If nothing else just remember that driving in a straight line fast just means you have deep pockets. The real skill in driving is learning how to move horizontally. Corners are your friend, and it takes a lot more than money to make up for a being a bad driver in the corners.

that said, as a fellow n/a fc owner I recommend using your car's advantages to your own. challenge your boss to a curvy course instead of a straight course. Will most likely end up better.

:-)

Yeah, just to reiterate. You're car is old, his is new. You're car is cool, his is not. Spend some money (hopefully not too much), and you're car can win. Not that winning is important, because you're car is that much cooler.

I love the blue. That is what color I wanted when I got mine painted I think 8 years ago. Don't know what I want now, but it is about time to decide (the last paint job sucked )

Don't worry, I won't copy you.
