87 NA stalls with AC on

87 NA stalls with AC on
I installed a new engine about 3 weeks ago. Everything runs great, except if you drift slowly to a stop, with the A/C running, she will stutter and stall. Does not happen every time, but always as the worst time 
I've checked TPS upped the idle to 850, ran the engine codes,
Any ideas?
