87 grounding

I read somewhere(think it was the haynes lol) that 87's shouldn't be regrounded. This makes not sense to me, and if someone smarter than me could just tell me that i'm retarded so i can go clean my grounds, that'd be good. Or else, tell me why, that'd good, too. Thanks

EVERY car that's 20 years old could benefit from having it's electrical system gone through and spruced up, I can't imagine yours is any different.

Regrounding is only necessary on any car if the stock grounds and wiring harness is so bad to the point where it should be replaced anyway. So ideally, no car should be regrounded.

Now, cars of nearly any vintage (including new) will benefit from having their grounds serviced.
