87 FC rear Brakes

I found my driver side wheel drags when up on a lift. I pulled the wheel off and the caliper is keep pressure on the pads. My hand brake when pulled does nothing to hold the car in place. I noticed when I disengaged the hand brake the actuator on the caliper stays in the engaged position. I tried to move it, with no luck. I sprayed it down with penetrating oil and got it to move back to the disengaged position but first pull of the hand brake and it sticks again. From someone’s experience are these repairable or is it replacement time?

Rear Brakes

While im waiting for info i decided to take the rear brakes apart. To get the rear rotors off do you have remove the centre nut or just the 2 philips retaining screws?

The piston on your caliper might be frozen partially shut causing it to do this. Only way to fix that is either replacement or rebuild if that's the case, but you won't be able to tell until you ge the caliper off and inspect it.
