86 S4 oil pressure gauge ground fix? Help?

sooooo when i was changing my fuel filter on my new to me 86 N/A RX7 i broke the little black wire that goes to the condenser ground for my oil pressure gauge and being that it broke right at the box and i can't fix it, it has to be replaced. sooo after searching and searching the local junk yard and not finding any RX7's i found a old mazda 323 that had a similar one on it but it has two wires going from the plug to the box instead of one, one black with a yellow stripe and one solid black. the little boxes both read the same "0.47/250v" but can i use this one if i just cut the yellow and black wire off and just use the black ground wire? it's on the same side as the old one too. thanks much

Try it! Otherwise you can substitute a capacitor from Rat Shack.
