'86 NA - Help with wiring / plug identification

Working through some issues and updates on a '86 NA. Someone has cut a couple of wires and joined them differently. Next to the fuse box are a couple of large green connectors, the lower one looks like and the blue/white wire has been cut on this one. I'm struggling to locate exactly what this connector is in the '88 wiring diagram from foxed.ca. Any pointers please?

The picture is not showing up properly. Would love to help if you can get a working picture.

Thats FR-02. Its the connector between the front and rear harness. The L/W wire that's cut is the signal from the switch that activates the interior spotlights. I can't remember which switch, but probably somewhere on the headlight switch.

Many thanks, that helped me locate it in the manual too.

Seems a little odd, as far as I can work out it was previously cut and looks like joined into what I assume is the connector for the cruise control instead. Interior lights work still and can't understand why this would be done and why (if my assumption is correct as I don't have cruise and connector is floating) to the cruise connector.

I'll dig further this weekend.

It's insane to think anyone would cut that section of the harness. I see no benefit in doing so.

I'm guessing the switch for the cabin light failed for one reason or another, so they bypassed it and ran it to a toggle.

It is pretty insane and I can't make sense of it so far. No other switches either!
