86 FC S5 TII rebuild list need help

After further research and some sound advice from our incredible members at RX7club.com I have decided to pass on N/A power and continue with my Turbo build. I am a pretty decent mechanic and have a decent grasp of the rotary but I have never boosted a tuner before. I do not need monster power out of my FC as I don't feel that kind of power realistically matches my driving experience yet.

Having said all of the above I do intend to have my FC reach around 340-370hp at the wheels. I realize this will take a lot of fine tuning, but that is why I chose the JDM tuner scene and of course my beautiful FC.

My list by category: *IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN ANYTHING LET ME KNOW!*

(Drivetrain)
*Swap Rear end diff for TII (or cusco 2 way)
*Find 5 lug conversion
*TII Halfshafts
*TII 5 Speed
*TII Driveline

(For Turbo Upgrade)
*Turbo HKS or Greddy (need to know size for the HP I am trying to achieve)
*Intercooler and piping (thinking of godspeed front mount)
*Oil catch pan
*Blow off valve (HKS?)
*Wastegate (HKS)
*A'pexi FC fuel management
*Racing Beat turbo manifold/header
*Racing Beat downpipe
*TII upper & lower intake (already have these coming)

(Suspension)
*4 point UltraRacing rear strut bar
*UltraRacing front sway bar
*UltraRacing lower sway bar
*UltraRacing lower control arms (front)
*Stance Coilovers (this mod I am expecting to pull this ear around December)

I have an S5 TII 4 port block, it has TII internals, rotors, and 3mm 2 piece ceramic apex seals, and bridge port. The engine currently has just over 36k miles on it sense rebuild. I don't want to wait too long to boost this motor because I am afraid of sacrificing integrity under boost.

My goal is to have a streetable car that I can take to the track for some time attack fun. I do not care about lambo doors or **** off loud steroes because I am well past that age. I want this car to be 100% fine tuned performance and show off what these rotaries are made to do. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. (big thanks to AaronCake for setting me down the right path for my car as far as the boost or no boost decision)
