6port turbo - TII UIM vaccum lines and such

info: 6port block/tii manifolds/fmic/

im almost done my 6port turbo (well a lot further along now) i guess you can say.

im trying to retain everything except the EGR and the Airpump/ACV.

im workin on gettin the TII UIM/TB on now, but all of the vac lines and coolant lines from an NA block dont line up even remotely close to the TII manifold's locations. and im not an expert on this stuff yet, i need some help gettin this back together.

i dont know what vac lines are what on the TII (or even comin off the NA block for the most part), if anyone has done this and is willing to give me a fairly detailed walkthrough that would be amazing. i think im only another couple days away from finishin this and i just want it done, im sick of struggling by myself lol.

i T'd off the watersupply from the rear housing to my turbo, and then into the line that runs between the thermowax and the BAC, is that correct?

also, i heard you should plumb to the BAC to the IC piping, how do i manage that?

thanks a ton

where are you located? If you're nearby, I could help you out because I just did this on a friend's car.

There's no reason to even bother retaining any of the emissions stuff if you put the TII intake onto the NA. With the exception of the hot start (FPR) solenoid, none of it will work.

The TII intake covers all the aux air, EGR and other emissions passages.

If you haven't already, download the FSM. It'll have both the N/A and T2 vacuum line diagram.

^^ I STILL have my charcoal canister in my car, but my thermowax is gone (it was in the way when I tried putting my N/A throttlebody on my 4-port setup. It was hitting my engine brace, so I had to take it off. And the BAC? Gone loooooonngg ago

Neither one of those are emissions equipment. Simply connect them up as stock.

and charcoal canister? or any suggestions on what i should keep, or how i should do it?
Connect it as per the FSM.
