The a/r ratio is just that, a ratio, you need to tell us what 'size' turbo it is...
a 0.69 a/r is small if your talking about a stock 'size' turbo. But a 0.69 a/r ratio t04 for instance would still most probably flow more than a stock S4 turbine housing.

Series 4 have a 0.88 a/r
Series 5 have a 1.00 a/r

That looks like an on-center housing as well... bad for efficiency...

With such a small A/R, you would be choking the motor. Your boost might come in real quick, but when your motor starts to really open up, your housing will choke it... If you're getting the turbo for a really good price, just pick up a better-sized housing.

BTW, the last couple numbers... T0457... I'm guessing it's a T04E 57 trim.. If so, that should be quite a nice turbo for near-stock response and should be capable of about 300-340hp... Not something a hybrid can't achieve.

If collected, go with either .81 or .96..... If divided, go with either .84 or 1.00
