6 Port Turbo II?

So I've decided to go the 6 port T2 Route. Bolting on T2 parts on an NA block. But I have some questions.

1. Is it possible to have emissions work with the T2 stuff with an 6port NA block? I know this may be a dumb question, but I'm curious and live in California.

2. Since I loose my 6 port actuator valves. So will twin scroll have any affect in gaining back lost low end torque?

3. How much will 12 lbs of boost affect longevity of the engine over stock boost levels?

1. Don't think emissions will work. You can certainly attach everything to the point where it looks like it should work, but I believe the passages in the block/LIM are different for the EGR and ACV air routing.

2. twin scroll is there to help the turbo spool faster at low RPM, so yes that will help low end power, but from my understanding, it's a Pain in the *** to do with the NA emissions harness. Unless you are using the TII harness, which i hear is an even bigger PITA.

3. Assuming you have the fuel and engine management mods to support this, shouldn't hurt it too bad. The key here is tuning.

So it sounds like emissions are no point. Emissions block off plate kits sounds like the ticket here.

Twin scroll would be great if I can get it to work, which doesn't seem like it would be that difficult. Either way depends on how much lag I'd have and how

Engine Management will be taken care of using a S4 T2 N332 ecu with Rtec 2.1, Injectors, I think I will just use stock S4 T2 injectors and send them to RC Engineering. And probably get an uprated fuel pump, probably just get an FD fuel pump.

If you have an "understanding" mechanic, you can pass emissions without an EGR (the s5's don't have it anyway) and no ACV. Granted it was difficult, but I got my car to pass using just a cat and a corvette airpump. Oh and locking my timing at -5 with my haltech like I said though, you need an "understanding" mechanic.

I advise not using stock s4 TII injectors with 12 lbs. of boost unless you're running no intercooler and intake temps north of 400 degrees Celsius.

So what would be recommended if you're running 12 lbs of boost, while running the stock turbo, I'm going to guess that running 720cc secondaries would be enough right?
