550 or 650cc injectors,,respond please
i am ready to order my secondary injectors and i would like some opinions on which injector size i should use,,i don't have a super afc(for now) so these have to be pretty close to optimal for the mods i am doing
i have
intake,,blitz style
ported waste gate
turbo to intercooler pipe upgrade
2.5" down pipe
custom 2.5" y pipe and 2.25" to the mufflers
FCD
ported intake manifold
no a/c
no air pump
no clutch fan(eletric instead)
so would 650s make me run too rich,,,what size are the stock ones,,450??
also while i am thinking about it,,will it have any advers affects on the running of the engine if i made the bov vent into the atmosphere,,,i know my friend with an Eagle Talon says he can't do this becuse it messes with the mixture because you are venting air out that has already been calculated by the mass air flow meter,,,for those that have done this, does it cause any problems?

Stock TII injectors are 550 cc (both primary and 2ndary)
Stock NA injectors are 450 or 460.
I think you should go for the 650cc ones and you shouldn't be running rich. I haven't done this though, but that is what I would do if I was in your position.

Yes, open-venting your BOV with the stock ECU will cause a momentary rich condition, but only for the duration the BOV is open. This can cause a bit of flamage, which some people quite like! Have a read of this:
