5000rpm back-fire

Hey,

I recently made a new TID and installed a aftermarket BOV. Now right on 5200 rpm in any gear my car backfires. What is causing this? I know that because i do not have the stock recirculation the MAF is slightly mis reading but would this be causing the back firing at 5200 rpm? And if so why is it only at 5200 rpm and no other rpm?
