Exclamation Please help, i'm worried senceless....

Long story short, i was merging onto this one road, revved it up too 5000rpm and dropped the clutch and my clutch burnt and my tires didnt spin, i had a centerforce clutch installed 2months before and never really bagged on it, i was like "wtf" then drove on, i was racing through the gears and when i went too 4th NO CLUTCH, pedel went to the floor, nothing!, i pulled over, waited a bit, and it came back, dropped the clutch afterwards at 5000rpm and tires went up in smoke, all was well.... wtf was going on...?

when i had my hood up and on the side of the road i revved my car a bit and at about 1500rpm then again at 5000rpm'ish there was a grinding/squealing kinda noise comming from the back of the engine, it was pretty faint but my ear caught it, what could this be?... i waited a bit more and it went away, and now it hasnt come back....

my car has been stuttering and sputtering today and i've given it gas trying to get it to run nicer but i've failed, could this have anything to do with anything?, am i leaning out?...

i dont know what to think or say, i hope one of you guys can help me, my mind's in a race and i'm the one losing....

would/did it harm my engine to floor it when it sputtered, normally thats how my friend got the car to stop doing that when he had it....

i was at a stop sign when i did it this one time and it sputtered pretty bad and sounded like metel-on-metel almost....

what you guys think, please help!...

Well, if you had the clutch pedal go to the floor without disengaging the clutch, I'd say that your master & slave clutch cylinders are probably due for a replacement. If the clutch isn't retracting fully, the throwout bearing could be running constantly and making the noise you're hearing. It could also be the pilot bearing, or one of the transmission bearings.

I don't think the clutch problems are related to the misfiring. When were the plugs/wires last changed, and when were the fuel injectors last cleaned (properly, by sending them in to be ultrasonic reverse flow flushed & blueprinted)?

they injectors werent cleaned recently, the plugs were cleaned and inspected then put back, the wires werent touched at all, i really shoul check those out now that you mention it....

so you think the noise wasnt engine related but tranny related?...

Which Centerforce is this?
I?
II?
Dual-Friction?

What was your break-in for the clutch?

What speed were you going at when you did the 5,000RPM thing?
What gear were you in?

dual-friction clutch

going from 3rd too 4th....

i raced it later that night and all seamed well....

i'm more concerned with the light grinding noise then anything, any idea's?... because now it's gone and the sputtering is at a minimum....

i'm thinking mabe because i didnt drive the car hard for 2months that it wasnt ready for it....
