5 point restraints

i just pickup up some Deist 5 point trestraints, my problem is, no instructions on how to install them. I remeber reading some were that the y that goes over you shoulders should attach at a 45 degrees to the base of the chair.

Is that right? where would be a good mounting point?

Chris

If you are going to be running in any specific racing class you chould check thr rules on proper mounting. SCCA has those listed in the GCR(General Competition Rules). If your using those belts on the street you might want to verify if they are DOT approved. Most 5-point harnesses are not.
