5/6 port actuator vacuum line S4

Ok i searched everywhere for hours and still cant seem to find the answer. I have an S4 NA with a racing beat presilencer that has the split air pipe function. I have removed emissions but cant seem to understand where the actuator inlet vacuum tube goes to. Factory service manual looks like its connected to the split air pipe somehow . But the split air pipe doesn't have anywhere for a skinny vacuum hose to go!. can someone please tell me where this vac line should connect to.

Also If you look in the picture there is a circled vac line thats been capped off with a screw. what is the stock purpose of that. Cant find any pictures or anything in the FSM about it. Can i just connect the actuators inlet vac line to the circled line?

and yes my actuators are removed because im cleaning them and unsticking them. Just trying to get these ports to do their jobs like they were meant to . THANK YOU TO ALL WHO REPLY

MY MAN !!! thank you . i wonder why my split air pipe doesnt have this nipple on it. prob from another year, guess i have to drill one myself now. That helps a lot tho man. and did you wire your ports open? theyre open in that picture. and dude I would love you forever if you just took a pic of the whole left side of the engine from the secondary fuel rail down to the actuators . that would help so much man . Thank you. !

Also this is a link to the pic above if it didnt load. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Q5p8maruUzKCQGGu7

hmmm interesting. I emailed racing beat customer contact line the other day. Still waiting to hear back. The racing beat description for the presilencer says this " The RX-7 presilencer is equipped with an exhaust back-pressure tube for correct operation of the 6-port actuators. Installation of this requires the removal of the air control and check valve and the air pump." ( which we both did)Im gonna connect my inlet vacuum like you have it and see if they work. Ill update when I get the car on the road. Also will update if racing beat gives me any specific information.

also thanks for the picture.

Put a zip tie or some colored grease around the shaft of the actuator rod and see if it has moved after a drive with a few high RPM runs. That will let you know if the actuators are moving.
