Have you thought about putting a turboII tranny and a modified driveshaft instead??

Judging from your mods, I really dont see the need for a stronger tranny. N/A transmissions arent THAT weak like everyone says they are. I think hey can handle something like 250 horses MAX before they kick the bucket.

Are you planning on getting a big shot of nitrous or an engine with a big port?

There's a company that makes an adapter plate to bolt the Mustang Borg Warner T5 5-speed transmission onto the RX7 Bellhousing, for around $200. I think it may be Mazdacomp, forget what they chagned their name to now. You have to use the mustang clutch disk, and get a modified driveshaft.

B/C IT WOULD BE CHEAPER THIS WAY .. AND I KNOW THAT PUTTING THE 5.0 TRANNY IN MY CAR sorry for te caps i know that putting that tranny in my car will be like putting more problems in it when i could just rebuild the rx7 tranny . i dont know it was just an idea. well obviously the 5.0 tranny holds more horsepower
