Any of you guys know if anybody has used the stock 4piston front calipers on the back as well?

Why?
The rears don't even do 1/4 of the braking force to stop the vehicle.
This is why you don't see overkill brake systems in the rear.
Estimates have it that FC rear brakes barely do 15% to 20% of the total braking of the vehicle.
So why would you want to just add weight and complexity to the system?

no point... most of your braking force shifts onto the front end when stopping

You would also lose the handbrake.

It is possible, but like most have stated already it would be a pretty useless mod. In order for the system to work well you would probably have to change the proportioning valve to adjust for the added braking capacity of the rear calipers. Save your money and upgrade the fronts.
