4 cyl rx7 link?
I was looking at the classifieds and thought you guys would get a good laugh at this.

Well, either the guys a **** and knows nothing about his car, or he wrote that to make it easier for people checking on insurance quotes. Insurance companies see the rotary as a 4 banger, and as Im sure a few of you know, those folks who give you quotes on the phone know squat about just about every car out there!
Though out of curiosity, has anyone been able to convince their insurance company its a 2cyl?

Back in the late 80's my poor Progressive Insurance salesman asked me how many pistons the car had, so I said none. After a while of him trying to explain to me that ALL cars have pistons (V-4, V-6, V-8, etc) and me telling him that mine didn't, he finally gave-in and said "well, it has to have SOMETHING". Hehehe, so I showed him the owner's manual where it says Rotors: 2. Hehehe, OK, 2-cylinders it is. :p
Unfortunately, everything is computerized now, and rates are based on the VIN, regardless of how ignorant the insurance salesman is.
