if the housing is a turbo II, then you will also need the turbo driveshaft, axles and axle stubs.
If you already have a 4.3 end on the car, why would you want a turbo diff? Because of the 2way lsd?

No s4 came with a 4.3. Only the gtus did and that was s5 only.
You'll need a custom driveshaft to connect your na transmission and the turbo diff. Mazdatrix sells them.
You'll also need turbo axles.
Turbo 4.3s are pretty rare and expensive, ~$650 New...

well, a brand new 2 way lsd for the n/a is about $900.
To do a turbo rear end swap, you will need a turbo driveshaft and turbo axels, if the diff doesnt have axel stubs, you will need that also. All together, thats about $550
The turbo rear end can handle more power, but if you are going to stay NA, theres nothing wrong with the NA rear end. Aaroncake runs a NA rear end on his FC and he is pushing out 400+hp. Though, if you are going to track the car a lot and drifting, a turbo rear end and tranny will take the abuse much better.
