You can't bolt a FD lower manifold to a FC block. They don't match. With some work you can fit a FD upper manifold to a Series 5 (but not Series 4) FC lower manifold. It requires some bolt hole modification and port matching.
Unless you're shooting for a lot of power, the gains don't really justify all the work. Most people seem to want this just for looks anyway.

If you do the fd mani your going to need a elbow for the IC piping. And you will also either need a spacer or a custom made IC piping . the FD mani dose not come as far to the right as the s5 uim.

I've got the elbow allready, also, I have a little more room to work with as this motor is not going into an RX7. Just my little AE86, but it has a little more engine bay room to work with because it's supposed to have a big iron block 4 cylinder in it.

The 3rd Gen TPS will work fine, you just need to match up the appropriate wires. A search will find you what you need, or you could spend ten minutes with a multimeter and work it out.
