3800rpm hesitation grounds....

the dreaded 4200rpm hesitationi have, i am completely stumped on....
Err, are you sure that the secondary injectors dont come on in neutral? Because I sware I have had it happen on my FC, infact, it wont rev past 4500, thats why i'm fixing the grounds on it tommorow.

sounds like i only have one problem, the little hesitation at 4200rpm....
the grounds helped SO MUCH!...
* Update *
it's a good day, i cleaned the harness ground ( from front rotor housing ) because a few weeks ago when i put a ground strap onto it, i forgot to clean it and found it was loose, i cleaned the connections on the motor and the clip, bolted it together, adjusted my GCC by adding 2ticks of fuel @ the 3500rpm incriment, each tick raises the AFR about .2 notches, i will be adding an additional notch to each inctiment above 3500rpm just for "safety" till i can redyno the car AND ( YES! ) get my wideband....
i took it out for a test-drive and the car ran absolutely flawlessly, no blip when the secondaries come on, no hesitation @ 4200rpm, no nothing, it pulled smoothly, i didnt rag on it but did enjoy it a little....
i'm happy....

* knocks on wood *

hahaha, i thought i should update this a little!...
the ticking noise was fixed by installing kolder plugs, thankfully!...
but i stll get a hesitation when i'm around 30%-60% on the throttle at about 3800rpm, so i dont know if there's a ground i missed doing or, a stock ground i missed cleaning?...
any idea's?...
if i jump on the gas there's no hesitation, but if i'm at partial throttle there is....
