3800 rpms and beyond...

I finally got my damn 3800 rpm hesitation fixed (actually it didnt really hesitation, the secondaries wouldn't come on at all and it would just bog over 3800 under a load) i bought that resistor pack and replaced it. NO MORE PROBLEMS. now that i can finally accelerate again, i am only hitting 7 lbs of boost. my question is: with my current mods (see sig) will the stock catback keep me from reaching 10 psi? i thought that the downpipe and intake alone would push me to around 8 or 9 psi...
