Angry 3800 rpm hesitation.... grounds, plus other questions??? stumped 91 vert new rebuild!

I have the 3800 rpm hesitation... however, i dont have it right on startup, Right when my car starts up, it runs good, revs, good... and when i drive it for about 5 mins, it runs good up until that point... well, after about that time frame, it starts to have the hesitation problem around 35 to 4k rpm, unless i completely turn off the ignition on the road, and restart the car, it runs normal for 5 mins, then has hesitation again... I really have no idea what to think. New O2 sensor, water thermo sensor,..... I had a check engine code which pointed out my intake air thermosensor, however its located inside of my mass airflow box... can that individually be replaced, or do i have to spend 120 bux on a new maf box....
but still would this still be an issue for a 91 s5 convertible wil that make my car run like crap...
if not.. insight would be cool

It could be crappy fuel injectors. Do a search for places that do fuel injector cleaning. Even if its not them, its something that I believe is good to do for maintenance.

mine does something similar but my n\a s4 will pull like a mule from 2500-5500rpms then its like it hits a brick wall and falls on its face momentarily but the at 7300 it pulls alittle more but not much but soon for t2 swap so not to worried but would like advice still. i think my timing is advanced alot because i have pretty good low end but no high rpm power

I guess people are missing the point about the CHECK ENGINE CODES.
If it's triggering a code, you need to fix it.
