my spuddered as well.....i changed the throttle sensor, checked for leaks in the intake and ic piping, it ended up being a vac hose behind the intake manifold.....the hose had a crack in it, i changed that and now it runs like a champ. first try adjusting the tps by using the led method.
1.go to radio shack and buy 3 led bulbs and 3 1/4" spade connectors.
2.twist the grounds together and clamp on a spade connector
3.now use the other two connectors for the positive wire on each bulb
4.warm the car to operating temp and turn the car to the on position(car will be off)
5.use the green connector by your battery( has 3 connector slots) and put the positives in the slots that are together and put the ground in the bottom slot.
6. now turn the adjusting screw on the tps until only one bulb is lit.
this takes only about 5 minutes to do and only costs about 3 bucks in parts.

I doubt this has anything to do with the TPS or vac lines. That fact that is occurs over 3800rpm means it's probably related to the secondary injectors, and it sounds like one of them has a poor electrical connection somewhere. The first thing to do is to inspect the electrical connectors to make sure they're not loose or broken, and they're clean with good contact between the male and female pins.
