You'll gain some hp, maybe 20, but i wouldn't expect more then that.

Also, bumping twice within 30 minutes is a good way of getting banned.

I put on a 3" DP/MP before my catback and picked up alot of power. He should see a good gain, especially if he has old clogged cats on the car. He won't be disappointed, I assure you of that.

anyway, the stock rear section is like 1" 1/2, so 2times 1 1/2 = 3" :P
So, i guess it will be nice, and a much more police friendly

It does'nt work that way, there is math involved.

3" - pi*1.5² = 7.068in²
2x1.5" - 2(pi*.75²) = 3.534in²

quite a difference if you ask me. You will need at least dual 2.25" pipes to equal the flow of a single 3"

2.25" - 2(pi*1.125²) = 7.952in²

The racing beat exhaust system for the TII has been dyno proven to add ~50 hp. Just go buy that .

Could you please decipher that post? What do you mean a exhaust wont give more power? It increases flow and turbo spool-up, and the boost also creeps upward. The Racing Beat Turboback is rated at 50 or so HP, and I'm sure a 3" single turboback makes alot more power than that..

How many miles were on your engine when it blew? Did you have a FCD? Were you watching an AFTERMARKET Boost Gauge?

Where did that magic number of 7PSI come from?

let me clear it up yes an exhaust gives very good gains what i meant by that statement was that why spend all that money on an exhaust when you go cheap at the end and dont replace the mufflers sorry if my post wasnt spaced out i didnt use any punctuation so it might not have made to much sense anyways can anyone answer my question about the t2 i am getting about if i replace the cas how much more power will i get

i know of a 10th ann. with that exact setup, 3" turbo back to stock mufflers. ive never actually got a look at it, but i hear it works great, while keeping it looking all stock.
